  Research
 
The project regards an analysis of European and Latin American innovation system. More precisely, on the basis of a theoretical framework proposed by Alfonso Molina, that of "sociotechnical constituencies", various national and regional cases are studied.
Among these: Cuba, Italy, Spain, Peru, Scotland, Argentina, Mexico. Two meetings were held in Mexico City and Pisa. A book has been published in 2000, edited by Lopez-Martinez and Piccaluga.

The project has ended in 1999 and the results are being published. A further proposal has been presented within the 2000 Alfa call.
